A Message from the President

We founded this club with a clear purpose: to create a place where women thrive through football — and where community, integrity, and excellence are more than just words. They are the values that shape every training session, every game day, every connection.

The Chargers were built to challenge the status quo. In our inaugural season, we’re not just entering the competition — we’re redefining what’s possible for women in sport, both on and off the field.

We are proud to be part of a football pathway that now stretches from Auskick and junior girls, through to our senior women’s teams, and all the way to Port Melbourne’s VFLW program. We know the real win is the culture we’re building — one of belonging, belief, and community.
